    I live in Germany now but spent a few years of my childhood in Risplith, I used to go fishing in Grantley Hall lake, this was around 50 years ago now, wierd seeing these pictures online.

    Just discovered your comment Manfred.Glad you enjoyed them. We did some training there When I arrived it was snowing but later all the snow had gone, so managed to get some contrasting photos!

    I grew up in Grantley. As a child, my two younger sisters and I would walk through the woods into Grantley Hall. We would feed the geese and play in the Japanese garden. Some of my most treasured memories!
